The North Central Region is one of eight geographic regions of play in the USA Ultimate Club Division. It's geographic scope contains Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin, Manitoba and Ontario (Upper)

The North Central Region is split into 2 separate sections, each containing all three divisions of play; Men's, Mixed, and Women's. The section names and their geographical scopes are as follows:
- Northwest Plains
- Manitoba, Minnesota, North Dakota, Ontario (upper), South Dakota, Wisconsin
- West Plains
- Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska
